What is SHIDOIN?

Shidoin is the official certification in the Uechiryu Butoukai(tm) for Assistant Instructors.

Training for the certification is similar to S.T.O.R.M. All candidates must have be at least a Level One Junior Black Belt or Shodan, and have been assisting with classes for at least two years.

These certifications must be renewed every year, with a minimum ten hours of seminar training.
